About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Coordinator to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone with solid migration admin or visa application experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be a vital part of our service delivery team — coordinating visa applications, supporting a team of lawyers and RMAs, and ensuring that our clients receive clear, timely, and compassionate assistance.

This is a hands-on role with strong potential for career progression, including pathways to further study, training, and advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the preparation, day-to-day coordination and lodgement of a wide range of visa applications and incidental applications
• Communicating with clients to gather documentation and manage expectations
• Drafting documents, correspondence and completing online forms with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinating between clients, lawyers, migration agents and admin staff to meet internal deadlines
• Maintaining high-quality applications and records in accordance with all regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a migration or legal office highly regarded
• Current students or recent graduates of migration law courses highly regarded
• Clear communicator who can manage multiple tasks deadlines and clients simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems Migration Manager, Microsoft Office, etc.
• A warm, client-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Multilingual skills are desirable but not essential
