You’ll be part of a cross-border product team led by Abhishek Jha (Product Owner) under the direction of Co-Founder Vinod kumar Beli, working to design intuitive, impact ful experiences that power the future of global talent acquisition.

Your Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll craft seamless, human-centered designs that translate business goals into elegant, scale able user journeys — from the first click to measurable hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn business and user needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Conduct user research, define personas, and map user journeys.
• Create wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma Adobe XD  Sketch.
• Collaborate with engineers for design hand off and implementation.
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system across modules.
• Test with real users, analyze insights, and iterate.
• Contribute to product road map and vision alignment.

Requirements

• 2–4 yrs in Product UX-UI Design startup experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking & polished execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Sound grasp of UX principles, responsive layouts & usability.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to simplify complex ideas.
