Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HSEO (Head of Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health) at the EBS/ Oman complex cultural project located in Masqaţ, Oman. The HSEO will be responsible for overseeing safety, environmental, and occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and implementing best practices. The HSEO will work closely with project managers, staff, and contractors to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Safety Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health
• Knowledge of local and international safety and environmental regulations
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor safety and environmental programs
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing emergency response plans
• Experience in cultural or complex project settings is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
