PGC Digital India a global IT & SAP-focused consulting firm, is looking for freelance recruiters across Asia to join our Outcome-Based Talent Team.
🔍 Expectations
- Each JD must receive qualified submissions the same day it’s assigned.
- Drive high Added → Submitted → Interviewed → Offered → Joined ratios.
- Focus on reducing the Submitted-to-Offer cycle time through proactive follow-ups and strong candidate engagement.
- Minimum 2 closures/month Ă— 100 open positions across India & APAC.
- Experience with Linked In Recruiter  Naukri job boards preferred
