We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our operations by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy structured tasks, consistency, and working within a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information
- Organize and categorize data for reporting and analysis
- Perform routine checks to identify and correct errors
- Support various teams by providing clean, accurate data when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data security guidelines
- Assist with general administrative or data-related tasks
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles
- High typing accuracy and good working speed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, C R M systems, or basic data tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
